Working alongside an experienced kitchen team, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish is prepared with consistency, quality, and care. You will contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen while supporting a positive team culture and helping deliver an outstanding dining experience for every guest. *Key Responsibilities* * Prepare and cook menu items in line with Honest Greens recipes and quality standards. * Manage your designated kitchen section efficiently throughout service. * Ensure all food is prepared safely, consistently, and presented to company standards. * Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation. * Support stock rotation, storage, and waste reduction procedures. * Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams. * Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures. * Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture. * Follow all Health & Safety policies and company procedures. * Continuously develop your culinary skills. *What We're Looking For* * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. * Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. * Passion for fresh, healthy, high-quality food. * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays. *What We Offer* * Permanent employment contract. * Rotating shifts. * Competitive salary. *Benefits* * Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). * £20 daily meal allowance during each shift worked. * 50% employee discount at Honest Greens restaurants. * Ongoing learning, training, and career development opportunities. *Join Honest Greens* If you're passionate about great food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a company that's changing the future of healthy dining, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
