ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a little girl born in 2023 with complex health needs. I live at home with my parents and big sister in Worksop. I was born prematurely and was very ill when I was born. As a result, I have complex support needs, including respiratory support, PEG care, medication, seizure care, mobility and communication needs. Currently my care is being provided by my parents, and I require Support Workers to allow them some respite time.
I am looking for a team of Support Workers with a caring, patient nature who understand my complex needs and as well as getting to know me, helping me to remain happy and safe at home. You will be trained to support my day to day living needs along with supporting my learning thorough sensory play and physiotherapy.
