We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible, day-to-day basis across a range of friendly and supportive primary schools throughout South London.

The Role

As a Daily Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings, supporting pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. No two days are the same, giving you the chance to build your experience while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting class teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons.
• Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
• Promoting positive behaviour and helping to create a calm learning environment.
• Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required.
• Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across different schools.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or childcare setting.
• A positive, flexible and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence working in different classroom environments.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
