This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to delivering scalable, reliable, and compliant solutions to clients in the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, configure, and validate MDM policies on our in-house platform to ensure compliance with industry standards and client needs.
  • Monitor and maintain the MDM system to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM configurations, deployments, and device provisioning.
  • Support the development of device management strategies, including lifecycle management, security updates, and policy enforcement.
  • Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and insights for platform improvements.
  • Ensure MDM configurations align with regulatory and compliance requirements in over 100 countries.
  • Provide documentation, training, and technical support to internal teams and clients as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile device management and security.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an MDM Administrator or similar role, preferably with a focus on in-house or proprietary platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience creating and managing MDM policies.
  • Familiarity with device provisioning, configuration, and security best practices.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MDM platforms (experience with proprietary systems is a plus).
  • Understanding of mobile device ecosystems, including Android and iOS platforms.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and global device management requirements.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Life Sciences industry or similar regulated sectors.
  • Familiarity with managing devices with NFC, fingerprint readers, and large memory systems.
  • Understanding of global logistics and device provisioning challenges.

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to work with a cutting‑edge in‑house MDM platform.
  • Exposure to global clients in the Life Sciences industry.
  • A collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
