In this role you will be acting for banks, private lenders, household names as well as high net worth individuals and land owners. A large amount of the role will involve transactional work but the team also advises on other areas.
The firm is seeking either a newly qualified commercial property solicitor or a trainee who is due to qualify and has completed a seat in commercial property. You must have excellent technical skills and experience in a broad range of commercial property. This is likely to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and possibly development work.
You will join a team with an excellent reputation in the South with city‑quality work. You will be working with exciting dynamic clients in a firm that prides itself on developing its employees’ careers and rewarding them for their hard work.
The team is afforded a very attractive work‑life balance so this could be suited to a lawyer working in the City or with a regional firm looking for a more flexible role. There are also excellent career opportunities for the right individual.
