From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Senior PMO Analyst to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans.

Our aim is to take the service we offer to the next level, to push the boundaries of what’s available, and to create great customer experiences consistent with our values. Does that sound like something you’d like to be part of?

As a Senior PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maturing our Portfolio Management Office in an innovative and fast paced organisation, underpinned by in-house product design and development teams.

  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date, performing quality assurance as required.
  • Contribute to key reporting activity, reporting into ExCo and Board

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to Project Managers, Product, Technology and Business Leads, building strong relationships and helping to ensure alignment between business outcomes and delivery capability.
  • Provide guidance and best‑practice support, helping to embed and mature PMO services across the business.

Data & Tooling

  • Work closely with the Head of PMO to design, develop and maintain portfolio and project management information including dashboards and KPIs (Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Excel or equivalent), ensuring data quality and value add insights.
  • Identify improvements to PMO processes, tooling and governance to enhance delivery efficiency and consistency as the organisation scales.
  • Identify portfolio wide challenges to projects and common themes, including portfolio risks
  • As required, support the Head of PMO and Head of Change in establishing and maintaining portfolio processes such as portfolio planning, prioritisation, benefits management, change control and operational risk and control management.
  • Previous PMO experience within financial services
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and how they align with PMO governance and portfolio management practices
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence tooling
  • Strong soft skills, proactive, positive and resilient
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Can operate in a fast‑paced environment
  • Passion for continuous improvement and PMO
