Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday plus Saturday rota

At Busseys, we're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Vehicle Preparation Technician to join our busy Vehicle Preparation Centre.
As the automotive industry continues to evolve, you'll have the opportunity to work on the very latest Ford vehicles, including cutting-edge electric and hybrid models. With full manufacturer training and ongoing development, you'll build your skills while working with the latest diagnostic equipment and technology.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Vehicle Preparation Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring every vehicle meets the highest standards before it reaches its new owner. Your role will include:
- Carrying out vehicle preparation, servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
- Following repair procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Completing work safely while maintaining excellent quality standards.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working as part of a friendly, professional team.
- Has strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Can work accurately from repair orders and manufacturer procedures.
- Has a flexible and positive approach.
- Holds a Level 2 qualification (or above) in Vehicle Maintenance.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Holds an MOT Tester qualification or is willing to gain one with our full support.
- Previous Main Dealer experience is advantageous but not essential.
