Description Provide comprehensive support on private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration. Draft and review legal documentation with precision and accuracy. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client advice. Maintain and manage client files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant. Assist in liaising with clients, other solicitors, and third parties as required. Support the team in preparing for client meetings and court proceedings. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
