The role is also involved in various activities supporting the planning and visual execution of cross‑department projects, such as marketing activations, showroom set‑ups, events, pop‑ups, and new store openings.

Main Responsibilities

Teamwork & Communication

  • Monitor monthly VM execution in stores, providing guidance and training and discussing the best commercial strategies with retail business partners, collecting feedback and photos.
  • Deliver all administrative tasks relevant for the DVM structure on a monthly basis, such as photo decks, store visit reports, whereabouts, and weekly feedback.
  • Submit weekly recap reports and feedback to the Regional Visual Manager.
  • Submit monthly creative CompShop ideas to the Regional Visual Manager.
  • Participate in weekly team conference calls held by Senior Visual Management.
  • Lead assigned wider projects and activities, partnering with VM team members, internal departments (e.g., marketing), and external partners (department stores, suppliers).
  • Partner with store management to host and lead monthly store walkthroughs.
  • Participate and support the annual VM summit, held by the Senior EU VM Team.
  • Support the planning and installation of seasonal market campaigns across EU showrooms for both mainline and collections, working in collaboration with all involved functions (merch, buying, planning, sales). Provide photo decks to all stakeholders.
  • Support new store openings and relocations, both during the planning phase and by leading the installation and execution during the handover week.

Training & Development

  • Organise and host VM training for base stores and the district on a regular basis.
  • Plan and deliver structured, training‑focused store visits.
  • Support monthly floorset installation across the district by establishing a regular planning, feedback, and follow‑up process.
  • Regularly provide training refreshes during the weekly District Managers Conference Call.
  • Collaborate on the creation of the VM training programme, providing best practices and content for the training tools.
  • Identify and train field VM talents to improve general knowledge and create a successors talent pool. Support store management with recruiting and onboarding of in‑store VMs.

Commercial Focus

  • Plan and implement monthly floorsets in cooperation with the base store manager, analysing store performance weekly and tailoring product placement to business needs.
  • Support all store managers within the district with commercial product placement using relevant reports and business tools.
  • In cooperation with District Managers, plan, implement, and oversee local VM strategies tailored to specific markets.
  • Conduct regular joint visits with District Managers to identify key VM/product opportunities in stores.
  • Support quarterly District Managers’ business strategy by creating appropriate Visual Strategy and overseeing its implementation.
  • Attend weekly District Managers Conference Calls to brief on key weekly VM focus areas and objectives.
  • Collaborate with District Manager and Regional Visual Manager to identify business opportunities within existing store layouts (e.g., department swaps or expansions, grading reviews, commercial actions).
  • Collaborate with Regional Visual Managers to identify opportunities for the annual fixture review project, collecting information and providing proposals for potential layout and business improvements.
  • Responsible for tailoring Brand VM directives to relevant markets with a local approach.
  • Support wider retail business through market‑specific projects such as seasonal concept doors and pop‑ups, product trials, showroom set‑ups.
  • Deliver innovation projects focused on new display techniques at EU and global level.
  • Incorporate monthly creative ideas into model store launches.
  • Support Senior VM team in collecting new ideas for props and fixtures, focusing on sustainability, communication (POS), and display techniques, and partner with the VM project manager to develop the ideas and rollout.
