Job description

Veterinary Surgeon Partnership Opportunities – Cambridgeshire

Location: Across the county of Cambridgeshire

Type: Partnership – from small community practices to 24-hour hospital settings

Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next step in your career — to shape your own practice, lead your team, and share directly in your success?

We’re proud to offer a range of exclusive partnership opportunities across Cambridgeshire, from well-established small animal practices to state-of-the-art 24-hour hospital settings. Each opportunity is unique — whether you’re passionate about delivering continuity of care in a close-knit community practice or driving clinical excellence in a larger, multi‑disciplinary hospital environment.

Why Choose Partnership?

Partnership offers the freedom to own your future — combining your clinical expertise with the rewards and autonomy of business leadership. You’ll have full clinical independence, supported by the operational, financial, and HR expertise of a leading UK veterinary group.

Each partnership is tailored around you — your experience, your goals, and your vision for what exceptional veterinary care should look like. Whether you’re an established Clinical Director or an ambitious Vet ready to step up, this is your opportunity to build a thriving, successful practice in one of the UK’s most vibrant and well‑connected regions.

About You

You are an RCVS‑registered Veterinary Surgeon with a minimum of two years of clinical experience, confident across general practice and motivated by the opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a meaningful impact.

Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, and applications are welcome from international vets seeking a long‑term career in the UK.

Why Cambridgeshire?

Cambridgeshire offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern innovation. With its bustling market towns, world‑renowned university city, and picturesque countryside, it’s an inspiring place to live and work. Excellent transport links to London and the Midlands, combined with a strong sense of community, make it an ideal location to grow your practice and your career.

Take the Next Step

If you’re ready to explore partnership opportunities across Cambridgeshire — from independent‑style local practices to modern, full‑service hospitals — we’d love to hear from you.

For further information, an informal chat, or to apply, please email Debbie Loding at Debbie@vettedrecruitment.co.uk or 07384 551799 today.

You must be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon and eligible to register with the RCVS to be considered for this role.
