Job description
At Rusacks St Andrews, we are seeking a Night concierge to join our passionate team of hospitality enthusiasts.
If you take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy working in a supportive, guest-focused environment, we would love to hear from you. *What will I be doing?* * Working alongside the night management to oversee hotel operations, security, guest luggage storage & retrieval and valet parking requirements. * Approach all encounters with guests, employees, and visitors in a professional and personalised. * Must have a professional image and personality exuding confidence and leadership skills whilst encouraging safe and efficient hotel operations. * Care and attention to guest items you will be handling large volumes of guest luggage and golfing equipment. * Be able to perform a variety of guest requests and think creatively when called upon to establish a memorable experience for every guest and member. * Offer to handle special arrangements during guest stay; coordinate future visits. * Assist with additional Front Office/VIP Service tasks * Actively participate in training and continuing education when available * Oversee inventory levels pertaining to supplies on an as needed basis. * Ensure that the safety & confidentiality of all matters pertaining to guests and members are met in accordance with resort standards. *What are we looking for?* * A candidate who holds a full current driving licence with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience * Positive attitude and someone who makes our guests smile. * Genuinely friendly and caring. * Enjoys working as part of a team. * Effective communication and immaculate presentation * Expert level attention to detail * Proficient in IT * High resilience and adaptability * Hotel or Customer facing experience advantageous. *The Perks* * Enrolment in pension from Day 1 for all eligible team members * Meal on each shift in a dedicated team member restaurant * Access to everyday discounts from high street retailers * Discounted hotel room rates for you and your family (T&Cs apply) * Refer a Friend Scheme – just by putting a good word in for a friend you could earn some extra cash * Incentive schemes * Access to participating in healthcare plans and insurance plans – just in case * Positive team working environment * Monthly published schedules * Tailor made bespoke uniform *Equal Opportunities* * * We are committed to recruitment practices that do not discriminate against any job applicant because of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership and pregnancy and maternity.
