Junior AI Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior AI Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic Cognitive Intelligence Solutions Division. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy cutting‑edge AI applications from front‑end interfaces to back‑end systems. You'll work on transformative projects that bridge the gap between AI innovation and real‑world business solutions, gaining comprehensive experience in machine learning, full‑stack development, and client consulting.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development & Implementation

Design, train, and optimise machine learning and deep learning models for diverse business use cases across industries

Implement specialised AI solutions including NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics

Integrate pre‑trained models from leading platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch) into production workflows

Ensure reproducibility and scalability through MLOps best practices including MLflow, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems

Build and maintain robust, scalable APIs (REST/GraphQL/FastAPI) to serve AI models and business logic

Develop comprehensive data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering

Manage both relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)

Implement secure authentication, authorisation, and role‑based access controls

Optimise system performance while ensuring security compliance and best practices

Frontend Development & User Experience

Create intuitive, user‑friendly web and mobile interfaces for AI solutions

Develop interactive dashboards, data visualisations, and responsive components using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)

Ensure accessibility, responsive design, and seamless user experience aligned with client requirements

Integrate front‑end applications with AI APIs and backend services for optimal performance

End-to-End Solution Delivery & Client Collaboration

Collaborate closely with AI Solutions Architects, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements

Transform prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts into production‑ready, full‑stack solutions

Conduct comprehensive testing (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) to ensure reliability and performance

Deploy applications on cloud and on‑premises infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes)

Monitor usage patterns, capture user feedback, and implement iterative improvements for continuous enhancement

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field

0-2 years of experience in AI/ML development, software engineering, or related roles

Demonstrated experience with personal projects, internships, or academic work involving AI/ML applications

Technical Skills

AI/ML Frameworks: Hands‑on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, or similar platforms

Backend Development: Knowledge of API development using FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Node.js

Database Management: Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases

Cloud Platforms: Basic familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services

Development Tools: Proficiency with Git, Docker, and basic DevOps practices

Core Competencies

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
