Key Responsibilities

Youll play a key role in shaping the player experience from the ground up designing and delivering the mathematical frameworks that define how our games behave.

• Contribute to early-stage game concepts and mechanics

• Develop mathematical models using simulation software and spreadsheets

• Design and analyse RTP volatility and payout structures

• Collaborate with developers and designers to bring ideas to life

• Maintain insight into EMEA gaming markets and regulatory expectations

What Youll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in developing mathematical models ideally within the gaming or iGaming sector

• Proficiency in programming with a preference for C (C# or similar languages will also be considered)

  Strong capability in spreadsheet-based modelling and data analysis

  A clear interest in gaming and player-focused design principles

  A minimum of one years experience in slot mathematics or a related field

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics Computer Science or related discipline

Desirable:

• Proven experience designing within the casino/gambling industry

• Creative thinking with strong technical design instincts

• A track record of delivering successful game mechanics
