£13.45 Per Hour

Who this position suits:

This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific)

You don't need to have worked in care before if you're kind, patient, and willing to learn, we'll support you every step of the way.

It could suit someone who's helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching, or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job.

If you're the type of person who enjoys listening, lending a hand, and helping others live life to the fullest, you'll fit right in here.

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.

Whilst we encourage applications to other roles, candidates who already have a valid right to work in the UK through other immigration routes or permissions must meet the minimum eligibility of having at least two years remaining on your current visa.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Our first step once you have applied, is a brief values evaluation. It highlights the qualities that matter in our work and helps both of us see whether the role is a good fit.

About the role:

This is a temporary position covering MAT leave, but a permanent position may become available.

You must match the calm and relaxed atmosphere of the service for the benefit of the individuals

Experience around autism is preferred, but you will be supported by an experienced staff team that know the individuals.

Rota Details:

Long days, weekdays and weekends

Sleep starts at 10:00 pm; staff must have the individual's monitor alarm with them at all times and respond to the alarm when sounded
