We’re looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Little DISCoveries Nursery which is located in the heart of Cambridge’s vibrant Biomedical Campus. Bright Horizons Little Discoveries Day Nursery & Preschool offers early years professionals a modern, purpose-built setting within a brand-new amenities hub. The nursery features spacious rooms tailored to different age groups, and staff benefit from access to on-site facilities including a café and gym—creating a truly supportive and balanced working environment. Commuting is easy, with excellent transport links to central Cambridge and surrounding areas, plus the added convenience of being located within a major employment and research hub.

The Role
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!
Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
