Are you an experienced Level 3 Practitioner looking for flexible or steady work in Oxford? Teaching Personnel partners with leading nurseries and early years settings across Oxford to provide exceptional cover staff. Lead engaging play opportunities that support physical, social, and cognitive development.
Follow room schedules and maintain high standards of child safety and well-being.
Record learning observations and assist regular staff with key-person duties.
Adhere strictly to nursery policies, safeguarding practices, and SEN needs.
Recognised Level 3 Childcare Qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE, NNEB).
Prior experience in early years or nursery settings.
Passion for early childhood development and child-led learning.
Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
Excellent starting pay rate from £14.25/hour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
