Job Description: As Supervisor you will be responsible for
overseeing the daily operations of the pub, ensuring that our guests have an
exceptional experience. You will lead and support our team, manage stock, and
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Pay is £13 with an increase to £13.50 upon
successful completion of probation.

Share of tips each month – averages around £150
·
30 hours guaranteed – expected to be 40 over
spring/summer season with one weekend off in four.

Cross training given to build confidence both FOH
and kitchen
