The client is a medium-sized, dynamic construction and property company working across all sectors of the built environment. Due to continued growth, they are on the lookout for a talented Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing team.
In this exciting role, you’ll take on a leadership position within a team that consistently delivers outstanding results. You’ll be working on a range of projects in the commercial, residential and hotel sector with some luxury automotive schemes, providing cost management expertise, commercial insight, and strategic advice to clients. You’ll also be instrumental in mentoring junior staff and driving the success of the team.
