Warehouse Operative - Marston Gate | £13.10/hr + Overtime at £19.65/hr | Immediate Start - Full time and Part time shift available

Looking for steady work with full training, paid breaks and a friendly team? CTRG are hiring Warehouse Operatives in Marston Gate. No experience needed. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, so you can pick the pattern that suits you.

What you'll earn

• £13.10 per hour. On a full-time 5-day week that's around £524 per week.
• Overtime at time and a half (£19.65/hr) after 40 hours a week
• Paid 30-minute break every shift
• Paid holidays

Choose your shift

• Afternoons: 14:00-22:00, any 5 days out of 7
• Mornings: 06:00-14:00, Monday to Friday
• Part-time: 2 or 3 morning shifts a week (06:00-14:00 or 06:00-16:00), including at least one weekend day

What you'll be doing

No two days are quite the same. You'll help keep the warehouse running smoothly by:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving, storing and palletising products
• Handling goods coming in and going out
• Labelling products accurately
• Keeping simple records (on paper or digital)
• Following health & safety and clean-as-you-go standards
• Helping look after equipment

• Reliable and on time
• Happy to work as part of a team
• Keen to learn, since full training is provided
• Your own transport. The site isn't reachable by public transport at shift times.
