Your Role: They are expanding their specialist Military team and are seeking a passionate Personal Injury Solicitor to join their practice in Southampton. You will work closely with a leading expert in Serious Injury and Armed Forces claims. This is a rare opportunity to specialise in a high-profile area of Personal Injury law, focusing on serious injury and illness that can have profound impacts on the lives of individuals and their families. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Partner with his caseload, while also building and managing your own. Your work will include handling compensation claims for severely injured service personnel, attending Service Inquiries, and supporting Coroners Inquests. You will adopt a unique and bespoke approach to ensure that clients receive not only compensation but also the necessary rehabilitation support.
