We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Worker to join our team on a temporary contract with the potential for this role you will support individuals living with mental health needs to maintain their tenancies build independence and achieve their personal goals.
About the Role:You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including health professionals local authorities and other agencies to provide person-centred support.

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred.
