The Role\n
\n- Provide medical leadership, set clinical standards, and champion high-quality patient care\n
\n- Split time between clinical duties and leadership responsibilities, guiding protocols and best practices\n
\n- Mentor veterinarians and support team members; foster a growth-minded, collaborative culture\n
\n- Deliver care across wellness, dentistry, diagnostics, imaging, surgery, and select exotic/pocket-pet cases\n
\n- Partner with hospital leadership on scheduling, client service, and workflow optimization\n
\n- Participate in community engagement and uphold a trusted, client-centered approach\n
\n- Contribute to occasional Saturday coverage as part of a shared rotation\n

Requirements\n
\n- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution\n
\n- License to practice veterinary medicine in Arizona (or ability to obtain prior to start)\n
\n- Eligibility to work in the United States\n
\n- Strong communication skills and a client-centered, compassionate approach\n
\n- Leadership experience or clear interest in medical leadership and mentorship\n
\n- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills welcomed\n
