Band 7 Locum Mammographer– NottinghamJob Title:Band 7 MammographerBanding:7Location:NottinghamWorking Hours:08.00 – 18.00pmRate:£40.00 P/HWe are seeking a highly skilled Band 7 Locum Mammographer to join our team in Nottingham. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, providing essential breast imaging services to aid in the early detection and diagnosis of breast conditions. If you are an experienced mammographer with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we invite you to apply for this rewarding locum role.Responsibilities:As a Band 7 Locum Mammographer, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammographic examinations, including screening and diagnostic procedures. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards, provide support and reassurance to patients, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the mammography service.Requirements:HCPC registration as a Radiographer.Extensive experience in mammography, ideally at Band 7 level.Strong knowledge of breast anatomy, pathology, and imaging techniques.In-depth understanding of radiation protection and health and safety regulations.Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.If you consider yourself to have a disability or require any reasonable adjustment during the recruitment process or within the workplace, please highlight this at the earliest opportunity by contacting our team.
