We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Practice Pharmacist to undertake clinical medication reviews with patients and provide recommendations. The successful candidate will work closely with GPs and other practice staff to support and develop high-quality, safe, cost-effective, rational, and evidence-based prescribing practices.
Greenfields Medical Practice is a friendly GP surgery looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Practice Pharmacist eager to progress their career in General Practice.
