Job Title: Consultant in Adult PsychiatryGrade: ConsultantHours: 40 hours per weekLocation: Sheffield, YorkshireRate: Competitive, to be discussed upon applicationAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to join our esteemed NHS client’s dynamic team based in Sheffield, Yorkshire. This position is available for an immediate start, offering competitive rates.The Consultant in Adult Psychiatry will provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and treatment for inpatients, as well as Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) work under a direct engagement model. They will develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address psychiatric conditions and improve patients’ quality of life. Providing therapeutic interventions, including medication management and psychotherapy, is a core part of the role. The consultant will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning.
