Job descriptionSenior Business Development Manager - Betting & Gaming (Cloud Partnerships / AWS) Our client, a leading technology services business, is seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Manager to expand and grow their Betting & Gaming customer portfolio, with a strong focus on partnership and joint go-to-market activity with AWS. Location: Remote/London Hybrid This is a senior individual contributor role where you’ll take full ownership of business development across the UK, Ireland, and wider EMEA region, with some engagement in North America. You’ll be responsible for new logo acquisition, strategic account growth, and acting as the bridge between sales, delivery, and AWS field and partner teams. Lead the AWS partnership within the Betting & Gaming sector across the UK and EMEA. Drive new business development and account expansion across the region. Build and strengthen relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers, Sales Leaders, Solution Architects, and industry specialists. Represent our client at AWS briefings, industry events, and sponsorships to strengthen their market presence. Develop tailored go-to-market initiatives for sub-sectors such as online, land-based, game development, affiliate marketing, and payments. Champion co-marketing and co-selling with AWS to create industry-specific solutions that address key customer needs. Collaborate closely with internal Engagement Managers and AWS teams to co-sell services and leverage AWS funding and co-selling programmes. Coach internal teams on activating AWS influence within client accounts and support ongoing pipeline development. 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in business development, partner management, or sales leadership within IT services. Strong background in the Betting & Gaming industry – understanding its ecosystem, technologies, and key players. AWS experience is not essential, but would be a definite advantage. Direct experience working within the AWS ecosystem. AWS Cloud Practitioner certification and/or AWS Sales accreditation.
