Your new roleAs Customer Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing support via telephone and email whilst ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will play an important role in coordinating appointments, scheduling maintenance and connection activities, processing documentation, handling customer enquiries andplaints, and maintaining accurate records acrosspany systems.
