We are a Bristol’s finest Creative Recruitment Agency….

We have been around for 15 years and we’ve built a diversified business covering many areas of the UK and International creative sectors and we need to bolster team in a couple of our key and established divisions.

We recruit both in the UK & Internationally, with our team in central Bristol.

Key requirements:

• Bristol based – Our HQ is here, we want people immersed in our business helping us drive things forward.
• Previous sales experience – we are open on sectors but you must have had exposure to the selling.
• Some recruitment experience would be an advantage – This is flexible, if you enjoy the sector but not where you are working, call us.
• Want to make an impact – We aren’t selling you an easy role here, but if you come in and make an impact to our business your standing could become very high very quick.
• The other stuff – Great attitude, good person, positive outlook and keen to “get sh*t done”

What’s it like at mustard?

Look we recruit in the creative sector, so it is a different vibe to some of the more corporate world BUT it is still a sales role. This is a motivated bunch of recruiters who want to get on and make a decent living out of this job we call recruitment.
