Excellent rates of pay£14.75- £15.75 per hour + Pension + Holiday Pay(equivalent to £17.03 to £18.18 per hour including holiday pay & pension)
Expectedaveragehours –20 to 40 hours plusper week. Shifts are flexible where possible and we also have opportunities for short shifts or 12-hour shifts days or nights.

TheComplex Care AssistantRole at Alcedo Care involves delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs, including spinal injuries, respiratory conditions, and neurologicaldisorders.You’llbe fully supported with expert training and competency sign-off from our in-house team of Registered Nurses and our training team, giving you the confidence to excel in your role. From specialist care such as PEG,suctionand tracheostomy support toassistingwith medication, mobility, meal preparation, and household tasks,you’lldevelop skills that truly make a difference.
