An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment team, with a legal 500 firm based in the Southeast/Kent.
Our client, a reputable full-service law firm with multiple offices, is seeking a talented and motivated Employment Solicitor on a part-time basis to strengthen their busy and expanding team.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours, with options being either reduced hours (e.g. 5 days per week, 10am to 3pm) or 3/4 days in the office. This is negotiable so please reach out for details.
As a valued member of their dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to handle a wide range of employment matters, representing both corporate and high net value individuals on a range of cases. Matters will cover both contentious and non-contentious cases.
Typical matters you might work on will include employment-related disputes such as unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination, settlement agreements, TUPE, advising on disciplinary proceedings, advising HR on a range of internal matters, and more.
