Working as the Works Manager / Grounds Maintenance Site Project Manager youll be managing diverse projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring all work adheres to strict safety, quality, and budgetary guidelines.

As the Works Manager / Grounds Maintenance Site Project you will have a proven track record in project management and a solid understanding of environmental compliance and work regulations. Your expertise in arboriculture and tree felling will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining meticulous project documentation.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Works Manager / Grounds Maintenance Site Project Manager include:

• Team Leadership & Management:Take charge of supervising and motivating staff to ensure high performance and a safe working environment
• Stakeholder Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery
• Regulatory Compliance:Uphold and enforce all relevant environmental and work regulations, ensuring every project is compliant and professionally managed
• Project Administration:Prepare and maintain all project documentation, from initial plans to final reports
• Continuous Improvement:Champion and implement new initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and overall operational excellence
