TikTok Shop - Logistics Quality & Performance Management Lead

The Performance Management (PM) team is in charge of managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) covering service performance, contract compliance, network and operation compliance and market intelligence. We also collaborate with other functions in Platform Logistics to ensure the suitability and compliance of these KPIs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building systematic performance management, market intelligence visibility and strategic projects to steer performance following the regional strategy direction.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Performance Management & Planning
  • Execute a comprehensive performance management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Define, track, and refine KPIs to measure business performance across departments.
  • Work with Regional and across Logistics ventures to ensure KPI suitability and compliance.
  • Design and control governance and framework of working processes related to the PM domain at regional level to drive performance improvement.
  • Measure, monitor and report Logistics Performance in terms of delivery performance and buyer & seller experience on BAU and Mega Campaigns (CP).
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue growth through data analysis.
• Business Intelligence
  • Analyze historical and real-time data to uncover trends, root causes of performance gaps, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with BI, PMI and operations teams to integrate data sources and align with business objectives.
  • Partner with internal DE, Tech teams to implement data governance and maintain data infrastructure and BI tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate sessions to align stakeholders on performance metrics and BI priorities.
  • Participate in strategic projects and ensure favorable milestones.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or related field; Master’s (MBA, MS) preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in operations, performance management, or analytics, with at least 3+ years in a middle management role.
• Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, SQL Server, Python, R). Strong proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and data visualization.
• Solid knowledge of the e-logistics industry and market practices.
• Strong project management skills. Adaptability in multi cultures environment. Ability to play as both individual and team contributor.

• Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret large dataset and draw meaningful conclusions.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and customer-centric attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Chinese to work with strategy teams in China.
