Business Service ManagerLocation: Aldershot (attendance at other sites will be required - Basingstoke, Havant, Totton)Hybrid working is available as part of the organisational ethos, but there will be a minimum of 2 days on-site, this will be discussed in the interview.Reporting to: CEO (non-Leadership Team Post)Role Type: Part Time – 22.5 hours per week spread across 3 days a week (or 4 or 5 if the successful candidate wanted to spread across more days).Salary: up to £27,000 per annum for 22.5 hour per week depending on experience (£45k full time equivalent)Starting: Holiday is 6 of your working weeks (this includes the bank holiday allowance)A company pension scheme with Royal London.Life Assurance 2 x basic salary.24/7 access to online GP appointments.A health cash plan.Casual inclusive dress code.Access to an employee assistance helpline, including a separate counselling line.Step by Step is a charity that passionately believes in supporting young people who are going through hard times.
