Join Us as an Advanced Practitioner – ASYE & Skills Development. Are you passionate about shaping the future of social work? Stoke-on-Trent City Council is looking for an experienced and dynamic social work professional to lead our ASYE and Skills Development programme.
In this pivotal role, you’ll support and develop social workers from student to progression, lead on ASYE, apprenticeships, and CPD, and work closely with the Principal Social Worker to drive quality and innovation across Children’s Social Care. You’ll design and deliver training, mentor practitioners, and influence regional partnerships and national initiatives like NAAS.
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking Learning Academy, helping to shape a learning culture that supports safe, confident, and skilled practice. You’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, develop others, and grow your own career in a supportive environment.
