Beauty Works operates internationally to both to salon professional and directly to consumers and is owned by a Beauty Industry Group based in Salt Lake City and has the largest share of the hair extensions market in the world.Job SummaryThe Beauty Works Concession Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving the day-to-day running of the Beauty Works counter by providing guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a team for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results and delivering consistent service. The Supervisor drives the sales of products and service with the focus of developing brand awareness by engaging with customers and driving brand loyalty. The successful candidate will ensure that the company standards and customer services are always maintained to the highest level and that professionalism, honesty, customer and brand enthusiasm with personal presentation maintained at all times.Role Outline & responsibilitiesPro-actively drive sales and ensure that targets and KPIs are met and strive to exceed these, managing the day-to-day activity of the team and monitoring staff productivity and performanceProvide encouragement to team members, including communication of team goals and identify areas for opportunities. Develop strategies to promote team member engagement and performance goals.Ensure the visual and commercial presentation of the retail concession is always maintained to the highest of standard and aligned to the marketing visionMaintain high standards of stock replenishment and ensure all items are on display and correctly priced, working with RM on forward demand stock needsPrepare and submit timely, accurate and complete reporting as requested by Beauty Works & store managementBuild and maintain relationships with external brands and stores to drive and maximise marketing and eventing opportunitiesAttend all regional and company-wide training, conferences and conference callsEnsure full compliance regarding till operation, refunds, and cash control, complying to host store regulations and rulesPromote a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful workplace and following the stores and Beauty Works proceduresKey SkillsRetail experience in a leadership roleCustomer centric and relentless about exceeding expectationsExcellent timekeeping and attendance, and ability to understand the importance of information and activities that are confidential to the CompanyDemonstrate ownership and accountabilityResilience and dynamic to the nature of changing trends, market and business needsEntrepreneurial mindset and enthusiastic about their careerHighly presentable and well-groomed to ensure a professional appearance.Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamSupporting with on-boarding of future team members.
