With a diverse client base across the public, commercial, residential, and offshore sectors, they sit at the heart of some of the UK’s most active and high-profile developments.Construction Management is a key area of focus, and they’re looking for someone with experience in this space who is truly passionate about it. You’ll be expected to champion CM as a modern, client-focused delivery model and help position it as a core service offering moving forward.Leading and growing the Project Management function in London and the South EastTaking full responsibility for divisional P&L and performanceOverseeing end-to-end project delivery - from strategy and planning through to aftercareDeveloping and nurturing key client relationshipsDriving business development and new opportunitiesChampioning and expanding the Construction Management offeringCollaborating with fellow Directors to shape and deliver company-wide strategic objectivesLeading, mentoring, and developing a growing teamPlaying an active role in recruitment, retention, and building a culture of excellenceWhat we’re looking forWe’re seeking someone entrepreneurial, driven, and influential - a natural leader with both the technical expertise and commercial acumen to grow a business. Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar)A proven track record of delivering complex residential and commercial projectsStrong experience in Construction Management, with the vision and passion to expand this offeringExpertise across all aspects of project delivery - strategy, pre-construction, design, procurement, delivery and aftercareConfident in stakeholder engagement, client interface and team leadershipCommercially astute, with strong financial management skills and data-driven decision makingExcellent communicator who can engage, influence and inspire at all levelsSound understanding of contracts, procurement and risk managementWhat’s on offerYou’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking consultancy at a time of significant opportunity.
