This brand is looking for a customer-focused CRM Coordinator to join its growing digital team in London. Reporting into the CRM Manager and working closely with the Paid Marketing team, you\'ll be responsible for executing and optimising multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. You\'ll help drive customer engagement through personalised and data-led campaigns, support segmentation strategies, and ensure all messaging is aligned with the wider trade and marketing plans. This is a key role for someone passionate about CRM best practices and looking to make an impact in a high-growth retail environment.
You have experience in CRM, digital marketing, or a related role—ideally within fashion, retail, or beauty. You\'re confident using CRM tools and analytics platforms to track performance, and you enjoy diving into customer data to uncover actionable insights. You\'re a strong communicator, able to work both independently and collaboratively, and you\'re excited by fast-paced environments. Bonus points if you have experience with Braze or app marketing. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to grow, contribute, and thrive in a supportive and ambitious team.
