Job Description

Our Delivery Principals will be accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account and responsible, as part of a cross‑functional team, for driving account growth. You will play a role in the following:

• Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector
• Drive application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Deliver applications, services, products or platforms
• Ensure appropriate governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery
• Provide an overview of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
• Communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly with our clients
• Drive presales and business development to expand an existing business, including written bid‑response and formal presentations
• Apply user research and design disciplines within solution delivery
• Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 core values

Qualifications

• Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector
• Experience in complex application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
• Experience delivering applications, services, products or platforms (3 of 4 required)
• Experience managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi‑supplier engagements
• Evidence of effective communication, negotiation and strong commercial awareness in multi‑supplier environments
• Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid‑response and formal presentations
• Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery
