Role Description The Senior Sales Negotiator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater London. The role involves managing a portfolio of residential properties, conducting valuations, and advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies to achieve successful sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include arranging and attending viewings, negotiating offers between buyers and sellers, and progressing agreed sales through to completion while maintaining high levels of communication and service. The Senior Sales Negotiator will collaborate with colleagues across sales and lettings teams, use Foxtons' technology and data tools to drive performance, and work towards individual and team targets. The position requires proactive prospecting, building local market knowledge, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to support repeat and referral business.
