This is a full-time, fixed-term role until May 2026, offering a competitive pay range based on skills and experience. The department, King's Foundations, is a leading provider of English for Academic Purposes (EAP) and pathway education, supporting a diverse student body and a growing team.
The Head of Operations manages the professional services team within the department, working across the Centre for International Education and Languages (CIEL). Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, project management, and resource allocation to support various academic programmes and initiatives.
Successful candidates will have significant senior professional services experience, preferably within higher education, including budget management, HR, space planning, and KPI monitoring. Proven leadership, project management, strategic change management, excellent communication, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential.
