YMCA Wirral is searching for a dedicated Night Services Manager to lead their team of night owls. Their hostel, supported living and outreach services operate around the clock to protect and support some of our communities most vulnerable individuals. If you are someone your team can rely on to make sharp, intelligent decisions, even in the smallest hours of the day, they would love to hear from you.
As their Night Services Manager, you’ll be the most senior person on-site during the night shift, responsible for overseeing care delivery, safeguarding the wellbeing of residents, and guiding the team with clarity, confidence, and compassion.
