Now, we are looking for a dynamic Finance Director/Manager to help scale that vision with clarity, control, and confidence.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is ready to go beyond the numbers and become a key voice in shaping a purpose-driven organisation.

This is a part-time, senior leadership role requiring approximately 1-2 days a week initially, with flexibility to increase as the business scales. You will be responsible for driving financial strategy, strengthening our internal controls, and ensuring sound financial governance across the organisation

What You Will Do

As Finance Lead, you will sit at the heart of our operations and executive strategy. You will:

• Own and lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations: bookkeeping, AP, associate payments
• Strengthen and scale financial systems, controls, and reporting tools
• Support automation and smarter ways of working across finance
• Ensure timely, accurate VAT and regulatory compliance
• Deliver insightful reporting to leadership and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with outsourced providers and professional advisors
• Monitor and report on financial KPIs that drive decision-making
• Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic growth
  
  

What You Will Bring

• ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified, with hands-on experience in a similar role
• A blend of strategic thinking and operational rigour
• Proficiency with Xero, Dext, Excel, Fathom
• A collaborative approach – you are comfortable influencing at all levels
• Strong commercial acumen and a problem-solving mindset
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
• Integrity, emotional intelligence, and a calm, considered presence
