Salary: £30,232.38 + Healthcare Scheme + Onsite Parking.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shift work, various 8hr shifts operating between the hours of 5am and 2am.
Location: Birkenhead, UK.
Homelessness isn’t just about losing a home—it’s about losing stability, security, and often, hope. They are recruiting a Complex Needs Practitioner to support individuals experiencing rough sleeping across the Wirral. You will work as part of a small and dedicated team of outreach workers seeking out and supporting those in our community experiencing homelessness. Provide outreach support, working flexibly across community locations with a central hub based at their head office in Birkenhead.
