Business Model

Allison Homes is an award-winning housebuilding and development company based in Bourne, Lincolnshire. We design and build good quality new homes in Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, East Midlands, Rutland, the South West, Norfolk and Suffolk. The risks relating to modern slavery and human trafficking can apply anywhere in our operations. We therefore expect our suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking within their own businesses. We therefore require them to report any instances of modern slavery and human trafficking to us as soon as they become aware of them. We have informed them of the law and the actions they must take. If issues are identified and not resolved to our satisfaction, we will take any necessary remedial action as appropriate which may include a review of the relationship.
