OCU Group is a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary service provider operating across the utilities, energy and engineering sectors. We are entering the next phase of our growth journey and are seeking an experienced Resourcing Director to design, lead and deliver a best-in-class recruitment strategy. This is a senior leadership role focused on attracting, engaging and retaining specialist talent to deliver complex engineering and utilities projects. You will shape and lead the resourcing function, build capability from the ground up, and embed robust systems, processes and innovative approaches to support OCU Group’s growth.
We are seeking an accomplished resourcing leader with a strong background in engineering and utilities recruitment, ideally gained within a large, multi-site organisation. Expertise in international and overseas recruitment, including compliance, would be highly advantageous. You will bring a proven track record of building and leading high-performing resourcing teams and functions, with clear evidence of success in introducing new systems, processes and methodologies that deliver measurable improvements.
