You will lead all online trade activities to drive commercial performance and growth, while embracing a start-up mindset that thrives on experimentation, innovation and agility.You will report to the Ecommerce Director and have two direct reports. Additionally, you will have access to a ‘shared services’ team of 20 people who will help, support and guide on the 360 strategy. You will work closely with the tech team in Barcelona and with the brand teams in Paris.You will need to be an energetic, digitally native professional with a start-up mindset – focused on achieving sales targets, increasing ROI, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
