Retail Operations ManagerOur client, in the FMCG industry, requires the services of an experienced Retail Operations Manager for several food stores in the region.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey performance areas:Control and monitor the quality of all activities and produce in the butcheriesDrive and manage all promotional activities and report on all sales activitiesManage all stock in the regionMonitor the hygienic and safety processesPerform people management functions for the RegionComplete administrative duties for the RegionDesired Experience & QualificationThe successful candidate must have:Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the meat industryRetail experienceKnowledge of meat cuts/products would be advantageousKnowledge of IR and FMCG principlesKnowledge of merchandising standards and principlesKnowledge of butchery hygiene and safety standardsA valid driver’s licence and own reliable transportPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
