Leading the hygiene team to maintain and continuously improve hygiene standards across the siteDriving the planning, coordination and execution of daily hygiene schedules and deep cleansSupporting with training and development of hygiene and production staff in cleaning proceduresManaging hygiene-related stock such as chemicals, equipment and consumablesWorking with HR on people management tasks including absence reviews, RTWs and disciplinariesTaking the lead on hygiene inspections, validations, swabbing and cleaning verificationsCollaborating with technical, QA and production teams to ensure audit-ready hygiene standardsSupporting with investigations and implementation of corrective actions for out-of-spec resultsEnsuring COSHH compliance and supporting H&S in related areasInvolvement in continuous improvement and site hygiene projectsWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in a hygiene management or hygiene supervisor role within food manufacturingA confident people manager who can lead, coach, and motivate a teamExcellent understanding of cleaning standards, GMP, BRCGS, and food safety requirementsStrong communicator who works well cross-functionally with production, QA and technical teamsOrganised and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindsetWhy apply?
