We are working with one of the leading global corporate banks, whose London EMEA legal team is now looking for a Leveraged Finance lawyer to join their Leveraged Finance business on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created role as this bank’s leveraged finance (lev fin) business continues to grow.
This is a unique role and a great opportunity for a leveraged finance lawyer to join a leader in the lending space and sit with a top‑tier origination team working on deals from term sheet through to signing.
Remuneration: Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus, as well as an excellent benefits package, coupled with a strong workflow and a balanced working culture.
