HR Business Partner
Location: Nottinghamshire
Macmillan Davies is looking for a well-versed HR Business Partner for a role in the East Midlands.
The business operates as a well-recognised, multi-channel retailer that is always evolving.
The main purpose of this role is to create and implement a People Plan for business areas, supporting the delivery of the Group People strategy.
You will support various Head Office functions and be part of the Business Partnering team across the organization.
This role will test all your generalist HR expertise. We are looking for a highly credible, commercially savvy professional adept at handling a broad range of tasks and projects through to completion.
Main focus areas include organisation design, ensuring roles and structures are fit for purpose, talent attraction, retention, and development to support succession planning.
You will also support managers in proactively managing employee relations issues.
Your approach should always be to find workable solutions rather than taking a black-and-white approach. Your judgment and knowledge will be highly valued in the business.
You will be dealing with entrepreneurial leaders who demand the best.
As with many retail businesses, there is an expectation that the post holder will attend the site daily. The Head Office is located in Nottinghamshire.
